What is your refund policy?

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and plans do change - it's unavoidable. However, our refund policy is something we hold firm to at Gympie Primary Leaders Day. Therefore, we ask that any changes that need to be made to your school and student registration/s (including cancelling attendance and requesting refunds) are made prior to a minimum of 7 DAYS before the date of the Gympie Primary Leaders Day event.

If a refund is required, there remains a $10.00 administration fee.

This refund policy is subject to change and is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, we ask that you contact us immediately if a refund is required.
