What happens if my ticket didn’t arrive?

If you did not receive your tickets via the email address you provided as the 'registrant' email address during the registration process (both school and student registration), please follow these steps.

 

  1. Make sure you are still connected to the internet.

  2. Refresh your emails after a minute or two.

  3. Check your junk or spam folders.

  4. If you still have the confirmation page open, double check the email address listed as the address the tickets were sent to.

  5. If the email address is correct and the tickets have still not arrived, contact us and we will resend the tickets.

  6. If the email address is incorrect, you will need to complete the registration process again (whichever is affected) and contact us so that we can delete your original registration and send an accurate invoice.
